Exchange 2000 Mail Delegation

Sir,

I am trying to delegate permissions of one of the mail box to another user using Outlook 2000 but as soon as I set the permissions and come out if the screen the configurations are gone and they return to none again.

The delegation was working fine a few months back but suddenly it has stopped working

Any help on this regard will be appreciated
