Exchange 2000 multiple addresses

I have 2 users who both wish to receive e-mail that is sent to johndoe@mycompany.com. Any thing that is sent to that address they both want to receive a copy of it. I am running Exchange 2000 on a W2000 LAN using Outlook 2000. I do NOT wish to make a user named john doe and forward his mail. I want and johndoe@mycompany mail routed to the two users. Can I set something up in their profiles to receive all mail coming to that address? Suggestions? Please be specific.
