Exchange 2000 resources/books

I need to get up to speed on Exchange 2000 asap. I have been asked to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Exchange 2000 servers for several clients. I am looking for good resources (URLs, guides, books), easy to read, which will transform me from an Exchange 2000 dummy!
