Exchange 2000 Server

I have Exchange sever and windows 2000 server on one computer. And two Domain names.

(example)
Bill.tzo.com
John.tzo.com

I would like to use exchange 2000 for both domains.

I would also want to have email,ftp,web pages for both domain names.

Mainly email for both. Is this possible in exchange or will I have to just use another sever.

If so could someone tell me how or direct me to where I can find this information.
