Exchange 2000 with Outlook 2003

Environment:
WIN2K AD Domain Controller
WIN2K Server with Exchange 2000
WIN2003 Terminal Server with Office 2003
Problem:
Outlook 2003 will not connect to the Exchange 2000 server. I can ping the server from the Win2003 server, and I can connect to it using Outlook 2003 installed on a Windows XP client but the fresh install of Windows 2003 as a terminal server times out when using Outlook 2003 within it to access Exchange. It does resolve the exchange server when setting up a new profile and clicking check names though…
