Exchange 2003

I have recently taken over a network admin job from a young man who thought the company’s servers were a play ground. He has put a pirate copy of exchange server 2003 on the main server. My question is does Microsoft have an amnesty program so I can make it legal with out the trouble of removing said program and starting over. I have tried to contact Microsoft but to no avail. Any help would be greatly recieved.
