Exchange 2003 Multiple Domains

I have a user who has an email address at two domains, now on our Exchange server. We added both domains to the recipient policies, and her actual email addresses in her user account.

Problem is, her email rules only work with the default email address. How can we make Exchange/Outlook work with rules regarding the actual origin to address rather than the account?
