Exchange 2003 OWA

I’ve enabled OWA on our Exchange 2003 Platform and I’m unable to get the Change Password button to work in my OWA.

The password button has been enabled through registry and I have enabled all of the required SSL options etc. Any ideas as to why else this would be happening? Appreciate any response, thanks.
