Exchange 5.5

I have created a mail box and enforced a delivery restriction, “except messages from”. My question is if I not on the “Except messages from” list and send email to this mail box, is there any where I could configure on the server to send out a reply that Your messages is not except because you are not on the ” Except messages from” list?.
