Exchange 5.5 on W2k Server

Is it posible to put Exchange 5.5 on W2k.
I have a BDC with 5.5 and am migrating to w2k I have a 2k member server already and want to get rid of my NT bdc completly and put Exchange on the member server. Then I am going to add a AD server soon.
Will this work?
