Exchange 5.5 + X.400 Connectors

I have four regional servers running Exchange 5.5 and I’d like to know: One of my servers is currently offline, and I believe that mail is possibly being re-routed to one of the other servers using X.400 connectors. A few days ago I received the following response sent to one of the recipients whose server is offline: Either the message size exceeds the maximum allowed for the recipient or transport, or you have exceeded the storage limit on your mailbox. Now the message was about 1K so I don’t suspect that this caused an issue. Based on this, can anyone tell me if there is a message que for the X.400 connector that might show me where messages are being held up on the re-routed server? I’ve tried looking on Microsoft’s website but found nothing.
