Exchange 5.5 Storage Limit Messages

I seem to recall answering a question like this, but I can’t for the life of me I can’t find my source. The question: how can I modify/customize the Exchange 5.5 Storage Limit message?
I want to be able to modify both the warning and prohibit send message.
