Exchange 5.5 to collect mail from POP

We currently use an exchange 5.5 server to handle our ” internal ” mail.
This server does not exist on a valid domain and does not currently recieve mail for accounts from external networks
Can this server be configured to collect mail from an extertnal POP3 mailbox for one account only?
