Exchange 5.5 with SP3

Hi all,

I am facing one issue with exchange 5.5 with Macfee Groupshield running on it. Issue is
each and every mail in user’s mailbox is showing as read whereas user never opened that mail still
mail state is showing as read. can anybosy help me in this regards.
