Exchange Address Lists

I would like to create 2 additional address list in exchange: one will list 100 users and the second one wil create Distribution Lists for those 100 peope groups by departments. So i created the groups, created the first address and it worked fine. But the second one I cannot filter the recipient just for those groups. Is there a way to filter the recipients for only a prticular group?
