Exchange DNS setup

I have a Exchange server at 66.7.x.x. I had my ISP do the the DNS and they had an MX record pointing to the external IP address of my ISA server. It was working fine. Now I have moved the domain and DNS to the host of my domain and I am trying to make the same DNS MX records, but it doesnt seem to work. I can send mail from the network, but I can’t recieve anything, which makes me think it is the DNS setup. This is how the DNS is setup:

hostname: mail— record type: MXE —IP is 66.7.X.X. (IP of ISA server)

hostname: mail —-record type: A —IP is (same as above)

Does this look correct? Do I need a A record and an MX record? I am not sure if it is DNS or not.
