Exchange/Outlook 2003

Hello,

We’re currently experiencing a problem with Exchange/Outlook 2003 namely that we can’t access accounts that are hidden during inital setup of Outlook.
(The same problem is described/solved for Exchange/Outlook 2000, but I can’t find a solution for EX/OL 2003:

Since we do a lot of testing using testaccounts (which need to be hidden) and trow away the profile after the test is finished, this is very annoying.
Does anyone know a solution to this?
