Exchange permissions

I’ve recently taken over an Exchange 5.5 server and found the Site to have BUILTIN\Guest and BUILTIN\BUILTIN accounts listed with permissions. Anyone seen these and do they have a purpose like for OWA or an antivirus? I’m assuming the BUILTIN\BUILTIN is a local service account but Exchange has it’s own acount to run under.
