Exchange Question/Problem?

Ok I have done everyting to make my email server perfect for the comapny I am working for….now the boss asks me if there is anyway to implement a universal calendar for every user as the login to their MS Outlook….does anyone know how to do this I have searched like crazy but I still cant find anything…..any help would be appreciated…thanks
