Exchange Server 2003 crashes

Our Exhange server is down to about 3.5 GB of hard drive space available which was OK until we get new drives in next week. But today someone tried to send a bunch of 10MB e-mails for a bank audit and the hard drive ran out of space and the Exchange server apparently automatically dismounted. There was a small amount of non-exchange stuff on the drive that I could delete, but what I really need to delete is those e-mails. How do I access and delete them?
