Exchange Server not found

Recently rebuilt new Exchange Server 5.5 sp4 on Win2K Server sp2. A Single pc cannot resolve to the new server yet I can ping both IP and netbios and navigate shared folders on new server. Have tried removing, reinstalling TCP/IP, Office 2000, Outlook 2000. No change. Any ideas out there?
