Exchange Server outgoing mail.

I have SBS2003 with Exchange 2003 Server running.
I want to use my ISPs outgoing smtp server to send my e-mail for now. (Most servers reject our sent messages because we are not recognized)Is this possible to do?
I do not have a static IP address available yet.
