exchange server raw mode

I have been told that i need to run exchange server in raw mode and to do that I open up the command prompt and type admin /r.
When I do i get the following : Can’t find the file admin make sure the path and file name are correct and all the required libs are available.

Anyone got any ideas as to what I am doing wrong
