Exchange Server Reported Error0x8004010F

Hi, We are using Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003, whenever we click Send/Receive we receive an error Outlook reported error Exchange Server Reported Error (0x8004010F) . We tried out the following solution to resolve the issue. we are using exchnage 2003
1) Exchange System Manager:
Goto Recipients->Offline Address Lists->Default Offline Address list, right click and select-rebuild.
2) I created new profile in Outlook.
The above 2 solutions did not worked out. Kindly help
