Exchange Systems Manager

Hello,

Can someone help me about this problem. I install Exchange Systems Manager on my notebook running in WinXP with SP1a. When i tried openig the client permission in some of our public folder i got this error: an unexpected, unknown error has occured. MAPI or an unspecified service provider. ID No. 8004010f-0000-00000000.
