Exchange tasks

Exchange Tasks and Exchange Tabs Missing on Mailbox Enabled User Objects MKB 273178. Exchange task does not have create mailbox option. The above error is confirmed by Microsoft. Does anyone know how to fix it create a new mailbox for a user?
