Exchange to Lotus Notes

What is the easiest way to migrate users in the same orgaization from exchange to Lotus notes using interoperable calendar and meeting requests from both organizations. Using the same Lotus Notes LDAP directory nupgrade.exe has issues with data fidelity and CMT tool is ok but calendar issues are still an issue
