I have a user who cannot receive calendar requests to his inbox, and I am stumped. He receives regular e-mail fine, but when someone sends him an appointment notice, it ends up in a tech support mailbox in the Exchange system. Looking at the server message history, this is an example of a test meeting invitation sent to him:
8/26/03 12:41 PM SMTP: Message Submitted to Advance Queuing
8/26/03 12:41 PM SMTP: Started Message Submission to Advanced Queue
8/26/03 12:41 PM SMTP: Message Submitted to Categorizer
8/26/03 12:41 PM SMTP: Message Delivered Locally to user@company.com
8/26/03 12:41 PM SMTP Store Driver: Message Delivered Locally to Store to user@company.com
8/26/03 12:41 PM SMTP: Message Submitted to Advanced Queuing
8/26/03 12:41 PM SMTP: Started Message Submission to Advanced Queue
8/26/03 12:41 PM SMTP: Message Submitted to Categorizer
8/26/03 12:41 PM SMTP: Message Delivered Locally to support@company.com
8/26/03 12:41 PM SMTP Store Driver: Message Delivered Locally to Store to support@company.com
I checked his client settings and he has no rules set up; his regular e-mail messages show up in his inbox.
Can anyone make some sense out of what’s happening here?
