Experiencing long time loading windows

Hi everyone…

I am a network infrastructure staff and in my company had around 50 client using Window Xp desktop and 20 other is Window 98 SE. Many complaint came from the XP user saying that most of their pc may takes 10 to 15 minutes to load into the windows. And there’s no problem at all for other Operating Systems.

Did anyone of you experience this before. I tried many way to reduce the loading time but it doesn’t make any changes.

Some of the IT expert that i known tell me that this is a normal situation for Window XP when they are connected to the domain.

I still hardly to believe it. It must be some setting or configuration that gone wrong.
