Exporting Junk Email list

I currently have a list of 200+ domains which I am filtering for junkmail on my exchange 2000 server. I would like to know if there is any way I can export this list so that my fellow coworkers can double check the list to make sure I’m not blockinggood domains. Also is there an easier way for adding domain names than by putting them in 1 by 1 on the filter list
