Exporting OE Address Book …

I want to export our clients address book to my major department managers machines so that they can do their own mailings to our database. If I as the “Administrator” export the book to a managers machine, will it be listed as a seperate address book? Or will it:
Overwrite his current book.?
Append itself to his current book.?
Or what … ???
