Family Tree programs

I am trying to build our family tree but unfortunately the two programs I know of (Generations Family Tree and Family Tree Maker) do not support the extended (unicode) character sets. Only Latin-1 is supported in both and thus I cannot write it in Vietnamese.
Anyone know of one that supports extended codes such as Tahoma?
