FILE ERROR “CANNOT FIND QLFENG.DLL”

I copied 2 files created on office 97(word) from one PC into my Laptop (has XP Office). It did not open and instead an error came up as “CANNOT FIND QLFENG.DLL” and just stays there.

Other files open OK. What could be wrong.

Please help.
