File Menu missing in PowerPoint2000

Can somebody help me find out how to put the FILE menu back on the menu bar in PowerPoint2000? When I open Powerpoint I have the following in my menu bar: Edit View Insert Format Tools SlideShow Window Help
File is missing! I think I found out how it was actually deleted(from Tools Customize I am able to right click on the menu but I can’t figure out how to add one.
