Filter Birthdays..

I have a database that simply stores information about each employee. My boss ask me to generate a report that he can run monthly to notify him of all employee birthdays, children birthdays, anniversary dates of marriage and hiring date. All the information is in the table, can someone please walk me thru the steps to pull the information out and notify him in this report. Thank you very much if you are able to help or tried.
