find an email on an exchange server?

Hi~ an employee recently left our company and i need to find an email that they sent.

I Found the email by going to server management > advanced management > first organization (exchange) > tools > message tracking. I searched for it and i can see the sender and recipient, but when i click it i can’t see the contents of the email. Is there somepleace else i need to look to find the contents of this email?
