how to find duplicate items in one column and show them in different color?

In Excel 2000, we have one column with many duplicate items; how to find out duplicate items and show them in different colors?
for example, B4, B58, B90 have duplicate items, we need to show B4 in blue, B58 in red, and B90 in purple
