Flashing cells in Excel

Hello all I am trying to get data within a cell In Excel to blink/flash when a certain objective is reached. For example if the cells formula is measuring price and the price drops below a certain amount I would like the cells data to blink on and off to let me know. Im sure I need to write VBA code for this but am unsure where to start. Any help would be appreciated
