Flipping laptop screen 180*

I have a friend that would like to take a laptop & install it upside down under a kitchen cabinet. When the laptop is opened the screen will be upside down. He would like to know if there is any software that would allow him to get the desktop to display “upside-down”? He would then use a keyboard installed inside a drawer to use the computer,,,,,keeping the counter “neat & clean”.

In other words >>> if I were to take my laptop & turn it upside down, then using software or whatever to get the screen to invert the picture so it could be seen right side up.
