Font cannot be saved

I have a user that is getting an error message when trying to save a Powerpoint presentation. The error is: “Some of your fonts cannot be saved with the presentation”. The dialog box lists the fonts and reasons. The reason stated is that the fonts are not TrueType fonts. I understand that the fonts she is using aren’t TT but why is this error coming up?
