When a document is opened through the MSWord program itself, the document losses all fonts, formatting, etc and double/triple spaces making the document much longer then it normally would be. It also inserts anywhere from a page length to several page lengths, some kind of coding and sometimes, boxes between the words at the end of the document.
If you open up My Documents (or Documents through the Start) and open a document into the back door of MSWord all your fonts, formatting, etc are there.
Because of this, sometimes the printer doesn?t print.
All of this started when I went into Outlook to add some themes on the email. When MSWord started to act up, I ran a complete virus check and nothing was found. I then undid the themes I had put into Outlook, but MSWord didn?t change back, it was still acting weird.
