Forward email loses messages.

I have a client which received an email which was forward to her from her boss. Her boss received the email from someone else.

The email was cut in half when viewing the whole email. We tried printing it to see if maybe we are dealing with a software issue not able to view all the message. The print out was on one page excatly as seen on screen.

Could someone tell me what may be causing forward email to loose its information. When she recieve a new email directly for someonelse only… whe is able to view the whole message and it prints on several pages. I have check the Exchange side and don’t see any problems.
