forward multiple messages

I’m 99.99% this is imposssible 🙂
Is there a way in Outlook to forward a whole personal folder as is ? (Not everything that exists under “Personal folders” just one of them).
The situation is one of my users leave and wants to leave different personal folders to different other users to have access to.

I can’t think of anything else than mass forwarding all the messages within on folder(select all and forward).
Any other ways to do this ?
