forwarding hotmail mail to pop3 mail

I have a bunch of emails sent to my hotmail account that I want to transfer to the pop3 mail provided by my internet service provider.

I can open the hotmail messages one at a time and click forward but that method is too tedious for the 200 odd messages.

Is there a faster way?
