Front Page 2000 And Mysql

Hello,

I have a client who has several user registration forms made from Front Page and now he wants them to save to a Mysql Database instead of in a txt document like Front Page does. Is there a way this can be done? I noticed when I looked at it I see a database option but it is greyed out, so is there any recommendations on how I can have his forms he has made on his site save to a Mysql database?
