Front Page and linkable calendar

My church would like to place their activities calendar on the web via Front Page (The church office and several members own Front Page 2000 & 2002) however, our secretary is not a proficient user, so I’m looking for an easy means of using a web based calendar that can be updated easily, has linkability to other pages within the website, and is easy to read and set up. In short, a user friendly web based calendar all around. any suggestions besides DIRECTX?
