Front Page – Folder Permissions

I am getting error messages when trying to connect to my databases (access) that are published with my site. You can see them at www.mypianobars.com, customer list page. I have gone over everything on the server side with my web hosting company, and I think I need to give my folders permissions to run scripts on pages contained in them. But I am unable to figure out how to do that. If you know of other reasons why this is not working by all means make any suggestion.
