Front Page Webs & New Netscape

Hi all, I have a website created awhile ago with Front Page 2000. I use mouse over hover buttons on the main menu. With the new release of Netscape 7, when you mouse over the buttons, they delete themselves as soon you touch them and you cannot click them. If you hit refresh, they come back…but once you move the mouse over them again, they vanish! I know Netscape has never really supported all the bells and whistles of FP sites like Internet Explorer does, but this is so bad that it makes my site unusable to users of the latest Netscape. Any thoughts or fixes?
