FrontPage 2003 & Office XP Pro

I have Office XP Pro with FrontPage on my computer and obtained a trial version of Frontpage 2003 from Microsoft. After installing, either as an upgrade or as an addition to, when I attempt to activate the trial, I get a message that the Product Key I entered is invalid. Any thoughts? Are the 2 versions incompatible someway?
