full uninstall ms 2000 office pro

I copied and pasted a page from internet into word, now everytime I open word the doc appaers. The doc was not saved. Office 2000 has been uninstalled and reinstalled. Only the doc that was copied and pasted still will only open.
WHAT CAN I DO??? Confused!@#$%^&*(
